GXP series closed cycle spray dryer works in a closed environment. The drying medium is inert gas (usually N2), which is suitable for drying organic solvent materials or materials that are prone to oxidation during the drying process. The system uses inert gas as the circulating gas, which has a protective effect on the dried materials. The circulating gas undergoes the process of moisture carrying and dehumidification, and the medium can be reused.
Working principle of GXP series closed cycle spray dryer:
The nitrogen enters the drying tower after being heated by the heater. The liquid material is transported to the centrifugal nozzle by the screw pump. The liquid is atomized into droplets by the high-speed circulating atomizer, and the heat and mass exchange process is completed in the drying tower. The dried powder The material is discharged from the bottom of the tower. The evaporated organic solvent gas is under the negative pressure of the fan, and the dust trapped in the gas is condensed into liquid by the condenser after the dust is removed in the cyclone separator and spray tower. The non-condensable gas medium is continuously heated as a dry carrier and recirculated in the system. The conventional ordinary centrifugal spray drying achieves the purpose of dehumidification through continuous air supply and exhaust. This is also an obvious difference between the explosion-proof closed centrifugal spray drying equipment and the ordinary centrifugal spray drying equipment. The drying medium in the drying system is N2 .The internal pressure is positive operation, maintaining a certain positive pressure value. If the internal pressure drops, the pressure transmitter will automatically control the N2 inlet to ensure the system pressure balance.
